Mr. Shurgot is a Senior Advisor with Envisage Advisors. He has 17 years of experience in the areas of operations, valuation, and investment banking.
Mr. Shurgot is the President and CEO of Saddle Peak LLC, a multi-unit Hardee’s franchisee in the Southeast United States. Since acquiring this market from Hardee’s Corporate in 2008, Mr. Shurgot and his team have increased average unit volume by 40%, increased restaurant operating profit by 75%, and developed three new Hardee’s in the last 18 months.
Prior to founding Saddle Peak LLC, Mr. Shurgot was a Senior Vice President at Trinity Capital LLC, a boutique investment bank based in Los Angeles. Mr. Shurgot led a variety of transactions including buy-side and sell-side M&A, debt and equity capital raises, and restructuring in the restaurant, food, retail and technology sectors. Prior to that, he was a Manager with the Management Solutions and Services practice at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Shurgot focused on valuation and consulting for single tenant retail concepts with an emphasis on restaurants and retail petroleum facilities.
Mr. Shurgot holds an undergraduate degree from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
