Investment Banking Analyst
An Investment Banking analyst will gain investment banking experience supporting deal teams working on a variety of corporate finance projects, including M&A, capital raising and strategic consulting engagements. Individuals will be given responsibilities commensurate with their abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing, reviewing and analyzing due diligence material
  • Building financial models and performing valuation analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic and financial buyers’ list
  • Assist with drafting pitch materials, information memoranda, investor presentations and other special projects
  • Performing company, industry, market and competitor research

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of sell-side M&A advising and/or leverage finance experience
  • Strong academic record
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance concepts and financial statement analysis
  • High level of proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of CapIQ, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level of energy and flexibility with a positive, team oriented attitude
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
